The Early Morning Intensive (EMI) is designed to capture the momentum, continuity and lightness of the practice.
Our connection to the practice and each other that is established in class means when we come together in the EMI we hit the ground running - we can launch deeply into the practice. The cooperative nature of the group means we can learn more, create more, build more. Not only as individuals do we grow and develop higher consciousness but there is an evolution in the group. And in turn the care and supportive nature of the group nourishes our beings.
Prerequisite – you love yoga and attend class regularly.
