1 Led Practice
This pass gives you ONE Led Practice session.
The Led Practice is every Wednesday morning at 6:00 - 8:00 AM except in the week of the Early Morning Intensive.
This session is ideal for regular Luna yogis in the General level and Experienced classes.
The Luna teachers and trainees take turns each week to lead the session. You along with the other participants follow the leader through a sequence of asanas (poses) as she performs them and calls their Sanskrit name.
