The pass gives you ONE Full Moon Restorative Yoga on Sunday 2:00 - 4:00 PM.
Nicole Komalarajun, a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, will guide you through a slow place yoga practice. You will learn how to be well supported in each asana (pose) with the use of props i.e. blocks, blankets bolsters, chairs. The props enable you to stay longer, breathe deeper and relax to help rejuvenate your energy, soothe your mind and calm your nerves.
If your yoga practice has lapsed the workshop offers a gentle and encouraging gateway back onto the mat.
The Restorative Workshop is open to all students.
